Mrs Lianne Field

Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Pre-School Practitioner

I have worked with children for the last seven years, originally training as a support teacher in schools but found my passion in the early years. I have since qualified as a level 2 practitioner in the early years and have just completed my level 3 Early Years qualification. I love being outdoors and think this is a key area in children’s learning. Whether it is looking at the clouds or searching for bugs or running in the field, fresh air in the outdoors will always be on my list, in fact some children learn more outdoors because it is a bigger classroom with more space. Celebrating diversity and cultures is also very important to me and to support the children to have an understanding of the world we live in. We are inclusive and make sure that every child has an opportunity to be involved.
I am currently working towards my Forest School Level 3 Lead qualification and am champion for the Soundwaves Music project at preschool.

Miss Jodie Berry

Level 2 Early Years Preschool Practitioner and Supply Staff

I completed my level 2 qualification in early 2008, and loved my time in early years before being
fortunate enough to take some time off while my own children were small. I started at Little
Acorns as bank cover staff and am very proud to now be a permanent member of the wonderful
team here. I have a huge passion for reading and really enjoy sharing stories with the children. I
have a keen interest in supporting SEND and children's mental health and am looking forward to
beginning my level 3 soon.

Ms Becky (Bex) Cable

Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Preschool Practitioner and one to one support

I have worked in the Early Years sector for over twenty years completing my level 2 and level 3 qualifications.
Over the many years I have attended training courses to better my understanding of children's development in their formative years and value the importance of keeping current with in the Early Years Sector. I love being outdoors and enjoy walks with the children and being part of the Forest School approach I also love messy play and music lead activities. My hobbies include horse riding, walking and holidays with my children and partner. I love being part of the Little Acorns team and I am currently enjoying the role of supporting a child as their one to one key person.

Miss Ruby Jones

Preschool Supply

Ruby volunteered at preschool for her work experience and since leaving school has been supporting us as bank staff. When a member of staff is off Ruby quickly steps in to help support the team ensuring that we have a happy familiar face for the children. She is often found at the creative table where she guides, explores and engages children in their creative talents - she is calm and really gets to know the children individually whilst reading stories and just chatting to them.
