We regret to inform you that Stogursey C of E Primary School has had to close due to positive COVID-19 cases amongst the school community. School will not re-open until the September 2021 term.

Self-Isolation arrangements Y 2,3,4,5 and 6

We should know over the weekend whether the positive cases are confirmed through a PCR test. Teachers will be in touch with details on remote learning for the final days of the term; affected rooms are being prepared now for a deep clean.
General reminders that during this time:
-children should not be seen playing out in the village, popping to the shops or out with family members
-the only exception for a child being seen out is if you are taking them for a PCR test at a test centre
-only children in Years 2,3,4,5 and 6 who attend our school should isolate until Monday 26th July or if results return as negative.
We will give updates as we get them. Many thanks for your cooperation. If you see someone breaching the rules, please do not contact the school as we are hugely short-staffed. Also, breaches of COVID rules are a police matter and not a school matter.
