Physical Education During Lockdown
It is important during self-isolation that children continue to keep active. It is recommended that children exercise for at least 1 hour a day. This can be as simple as running around the garden, playing on bikes, going for a run or doing a home workout. I have gathered a few helpful resources to see you through the week. I understand each person prefers to exercise in their own way, so please pick and choose from these in a way that works for you. Can adults please accompany children when they are choosing to exercise via Youtube.
